We want you to be happy with your Art of Dhikr purchase!

If you would like to return or exchange items purchased through our website, please e-mail us before mailing your package with the following details:

» order number and date
» item(s) you wish to return (item name, quantity)
» reason for return

Once we receive this information, we will e-mail you a return-authorisation code which you must include with your return. After you mail your package, be sure to e-mail us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return.

Products purchased through ArtofDhikr.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or credit voucher (upon approval).

Returned products must be:
» in their original packaging
» in their original, unused condition
» returned via the mail service of your choice, with tracking
» received within 20 days of delivery. It is up to the discretion of ArtofDhikr.com to accept or not accept any returns 20 days after delivery.

Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Note: There is a £10.00 service fee charged to orders returned without a return-authorisation.
